What happens to my resume after I submit?

Allied has a dedicated team of recruiters here to view your credentials and works hard to match your skills and experience with the right job. After a resume is submitted to our system it is emailed directly to one of our recruiters and immediately entered for current and future consideration.

What if I am not a fit for any of your current openings?

Even if you are not a fit for any of our current openings we still keep track of your resume for future consideration. Allied Resources acquires new openings on a daily basis. You may or may not be a fit for one of our current openings but what about tomorrow and beyond?

How does a contract or contract to hire position work?

You will be an Allied Employee on site at one of our many clients and paid on an hourly rate. If your position is classified as a contract to hire, a client has the option to convert you to a permanent employee after 1040 hours of work.

What kind of support does Allied Provide after my resume is submitted to a client?

From interview preparation and scheduling to administrative support and Human Resources, Allied does not forget about you once you are in the door. We do our best to support you in any way before, during, and after the hiring process is complete.
