The following outlines our permanent placement policy:

Item 1

The placement fee of Allied Resources Staffing Solutions, Inc. for a permanent employee is a percentage of the employee's annual starting salary, exclusive of bonuses and other compensation.

Item 2

If for any reason said person leaves of his/her own accord, or is terminated for cause (other than lack of work), within 90 calendar days from his/her starting date, a replacement candidate will be provided at no additional cost.

Temp to Permanent

If Allied Resources Staffing Solutions, Inc. should assign a person to a client as a temporary employee, and if the company desires to hire the particular individual on a permanent basis, Allied Resources Staffing Solutions, Inc. will prorate the fee based on hours already worked.
